The buying and selling of illegal wildlife is a reported $19 billion industry that is no longer a back alley trade. The anonymity of the internet is now fueling unprecedented levels of trafficking, even on popular auction sites like eBay.

So with a lack of online regulation and government complacency what can be done to curb the growing wildlife trade?
