Many tweeted against the president, expressing frustration with her policies.
It's @CFKArgentina's 60th birthday. Thank god she's coming close to her retirement age before she causes any more harm.FrankieFrancisco
Pedroin Bolt would give Kirchner "A pair of ears to listen to the opposition instead of criticising them. That would be great, wouldn't it?"

Some referred to the government figure released last year, which
that Argentinians should be able to live on 6 pesos (USD 1.30) per day.
This tweet says, "A gift for Cristina: $2900 in 31 days to take care of four kids, dress them, pay the bills and the rent, go to the cinema and to the bowling alley, to the club - don't get sick! Oh, and to eat."

Some Twitter users defended Kirchner. This tweet from the government's Twitter account says, "Happy birthday our dear @CFKArgentina! Follow enthusiastically with love for the people!"

Some called those using #UnRegaloParaCristina 'traitors', such as this Twitter user, who says: "A gift for Cristina - the disgust of the traitorous gorillas [
] using this hashtag! Tell me who you hate and I'll tell you who you are! Let's go, brunettes [woman of darker complexion]!" Some Kirchner opponents are anti-Peronists.
#UnRegaloParaCristina el asco de los gorilas vendepatria de este hash! Dime quien te odia y te diré quien eres! AVANTI MOROCHA!La Modelo Militante
Others used the anti-Peronist "gorilla" association as a rallying cry. This user wrote "A gift for Cristina. Will she like it? I hope so, it comes with the same love with which she governs us!" The text in the photo reads "21 March 2013 - The rebellion of the Gorillas - The Argentinian Cacerola (protest) - let's go now, one for all"
Many of the negative tweets are a continuation of ongoing criticism of the Argentinian president that began with a
series of protests
against her when she suggested that she might run for a third term, which is prevented by the Constitution.
This picture from the protests depicts a woman holding a sign that says 'The President lies'.
Tweets from today echoed these negative sentiments. Locura Divina says, "A gift for Cristina: a National Constitution, so she can comply with its laws".
#UnRegaloParaCristina una constitución nacional , haber sí así puede cumplir las leyesLoCuRa DiViNa !
This thought is reflected by many netizens. This Twitter user says, "A gift for Cristina: a Civil Code and years of study. She can [use it] to bend [the rules of] the National Constitution".
#UnRegaloParaCristina un Código Civil y años de estudio. Se puede adjuntar al combo la Constitución Nacional.Rizos no definidos
