Some referred to the government figure released last year, which
states that Argentinians should be able to live on 6 pesos (USD 1.30) per day.
This tweet says, "A gift for Cristina: $2900 in 31 days to take care of four kids, dress them, pay the bills and the rent, go to the cinema and to the bowling alley, to the club - don't get sick! Oh, and to eat."

Some called those using #UnRegaloParaCristina 'traitors', such as this Twitter user, who says: "A gift for Cristina - the disgust of the traitorous gorillas [
anti-Peronists ] using this hashtag! Tell me who you hate and I'll tell you who you are! Let's go, brunettes [woman of darker complexion]!" Some Kirchner opponents are anti-Peronists.

Others used the anti-Peronist "gorilla" association as a rallying cry. This user wrote "A gift for Cristina. Will she like it? I hope so, it comes with the same love with which she governs us!" The text in the photo reads "21 March 2013 - The rebellion of the Gorillas - The Argentinian Cacerola (protest) - let's go now, one for all"

Many of the negative tweets are a continuation of ongoing criticism of the Argentinian president that began with a
series of protests against her when she suggested that she might run for a third term, which is prevented by the Constitution.
