An open-letter response to Sweden's ongoing immigration project, REVA (a Swedish acronym for "Legal and Effective Enforcement Work") has gone viral, prompting a hashtag of the same title, #BästaBeatrice or "Dear Beatrice". The letter follows recent complaints from Swedish subway passengers, who say they were racially profiled during ID checks as part of the REVA policy. In it, author Jonas Hassen Khemiri asks Sweden's Minister of Justice Beatrice Ask to experience Swedish life from a racial minority perspective.
