Iran celebrates 'fair' election

Iranian electorate jubilant on social media as country avoids scandals of previous election.

Iran's election came to a close on Saturday, with moderate candidate Dr. Hassan Rouhani winning the presidency. While the 2009 elections were characterised by accusations of fraud, the 'fairness' of the 2013 elections was marked by celebrations both in the streets and online.
