Is the murder of a Nigerian man in India’s Goa state linked to racism or gang violence? India-Nigeria tensions are on the rise after Goan authorities blamed the incident on infighting between rival drug gangs and ordered police to expel undocumented Nigerians. We discuss at 19:30GMT.
