Reporting under fire

The Stream speaks to journalists on the front lines of the battle for press freedom.

Around the world, there are journalists working in places so dangerous that every time they do a story it might be their last. Seventy-one journalists were killed in connection with their work in 2013 and the number of kidnappings more than doubled, according to Reporters Without Borders. Four journalists join The Stream to talk about the risks and challenges they face when reporting from areas of conflict. Join us at 1930GMT.
