Who’s to blame for the country’s ‘man-made’ crisis?

Nearly a year long conflict in South Sudan has forced 1.5 million people out of their homes and pushed the country to the brink of famine. 50,000 children are at risk of dying from malnutrition. International humanitarian organisations are joining forces to try and curb the famine but without an end to the violence what success can they have?
