Scotland rejects independence, but what is the new status quo?

Breaking up is hard to do. On September 18 Scotland voted against secession and will stay in the United Kingdom. Voters rejected independence by a comfortable margin of 55% to 45%, but the union with England has been shaken. London now has to make good on its promises to the people of Scotland on devolution.
