Singaporean bloggers are accusing the country's National Development Minister of racism after he allegedly posted photos of a police training exercise involving a staged riot of South Asian workers.

The series of photos were posted to a Facebook page attributed to Minister Khaw Boon Wan on Tuesday. The images showed Singapore's police and civil defense forces quelling a mock demonstration. Wan said the exercise was necessary because of a riot last year in Singapore's Little India district.
