Proposed legislation asks early childcare providers to report children they suspect could be drawn into “radicalisation”.

A new measure put forth by the United Kingdom asks education authorities, including nursery schools and early childcare providers, to identify children they consider at risk of “being drawn into terrorism”. The proposed legislation has been called “heavy-handed” by some politicians, but a government official told the Telegraph that the bill was not calling for intrusions into family life.
