US Central Command hacked, allegedly by ISIL

CENTCOM hacked: Twitter and Youtube accounts down, alleged personal information of US soldiers jeopardized.

Hackers who claim to belong to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) took over the official Twitter account of US Central Command (CENTCOM), sending several tweets threatening American soldiers and claiming to have dumped their personal information online. The Twitter account has since been suspended, as was CENTCOM’s Youtube channel after several ISIL-supporting videos were posted.
