#March2Justice activists demand end to US police brutality

Protesters walk from New York City to Washington, DC to demand police accountability from US Congress.

Protesters are marching more than 400 kilometres (250 miles) to demand an end to a string of police violence against African Americans. The nine-day “March 2 Justice” ends on Tuesday in the US capital of Washington, DC. The march was sparked by the shooting death of Walter Scott by police in the state of South Carolina.
