After a half-century of war, what’s most needed for lasting peace and reconciliation in Colombia?

The Colombian government and rebel group FARC appear close to ending Latin America’s longest civil war. Both pledged to a final peace deal within six months and recently reached an agreement on justice in crimes committed during more than 50 years of war. But many are sceptical of whether the anticipated deal can truly end the violence. What’s needed for an effective peace agreement?
